How to order and make an appoinment:
1) By phone at +6016 660 7428 (Mon-Sun 9am to 8pm)
2) Via email us at heels08@gmail.com with item name
3) Wait for order confirmation. Then bank in the total amount (inclusive of postage charges) to our bank account
4) Email to us on the bank-in slip for verification
5) Delivery will be within 3-5 working days upon receipt of payment

Shopping Notice:
* Shoes colour shown might vary due to shooting angle or monitor screen. Product received treat as final colour
* Refundable within 5 days in good and unused conditions
* What if i need to return something?
1. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item in the unmarked shoe box in the condition supplied, within 5 working days
2. On receipt we will happily exchange the goods or refund your money in full, for the product. We do not refund postage costs incurred in delivery
3. When returning the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us safely
4. We advise that if you send a return parcel you get a proof of delivery from your postal/courier service so that the parcel can be traced
